Court Room and Deposition Testimony
Tim Dalton Investigations will provide court room testimony or deposition testimony pertaining to our role in any investigation when needed or required. However, there is a $450.00 per day flat fee required and must be paid forty-eight (48) hours prior to the date and time of required testimony.
Note: Adequate notice is required prior to scheduling any of our investigators for a deposition or courtroom testimony so we can adjust our schedule accordingly to meet the needs of our clients.
